Service Description

This class is designed to assist students in movement for joint and lymphatic health. Taught by Caitlin Steeves, a Physical Therapist living and working in Cornwall, NY who loves empowering her patients and clients to move their bodies for health and wellness. She loves encouraging people to find FUN ways to move pain-free throughout the entire lifespan and to use the power of the Lymphatic System to optimise healthy function.
